Files do not save

My files cannot be saved, neither to cloud nor to computer! and I got this message: error code 401.
Can anybody help, please?

It should be possible to save locally! There you can't get the error code 401.
Error code 401 tells you that a login is required - in a remote location!
Please log in. If you are already logged in, log out and log in again.
