I can't add custom soundfonts to my uploaded score.

So I uploaded my first score on musescore and added a custom soundfont. However, when it uploaded and I listened to it, it didn't use the SoundFont. I tried enabling the synthesizer but it wouldn't even let me do that. I also tried uploading custom audio but I can only upload a youtube vid. Anyone know what to do?
