Error code 1603
I download Muse Hub just fine, but when I try to download MuseScore Studio 4 I go through the process and it looks like it's downloading, but then it tricks me and says there's an error. The error code is 1603. Please help!

I did everything, uninstalling and reinstalling, my drive is not encrypted because it's my windows drive (:C) and it has an unlock symbol, I don't think my windows drive (:C) is a substitute drive, and I try the SYSTEM. It was already on there and so I removed it and add it and still nothing. There might be one thing which is uninstalling MuseScore Studio 4, but when I try to uninstall it. It doesn't uninstall it.

Sufficient privileges? Like running the install as administrator?

Do you mean by opening Muse Hub as an administrator or by opening Musescore studio 4 as an administrator?

Yeah, I was able to download Audacity in Muse Hub, but can't download MuseScore Studio for some reason.

Try the version without MuseHub from https://musescore.org/en/download
