Split staves

Oftentimes in Choir or Orchestra, single staves will be split into two seperate ones. Musescore does not currently support this. It does have a hide unused measure fuction, coupled with adding an extra staff. However, if you still want all the instruments which are playing in the first bar to be visible, you will also see all the unused "divisi" staves, which is messy and makes the score needlessly long.
