How to set default zoom size

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to set the default zoom size. Whenever I open a new or existing score each time the zoom size is 100%. I'd like to change that. Can anyone tell me how to set the 'default' zoom size? 100% is a bit to small for me.

Never mind -- just figure it out. :-)

Although now that I'm here, I'd like to ask how to get the app to open in full screen, if anyone knows. Currently it doesn't, and I have to click on the square in the upper right hand corner to make it full size.
