I want to add Accordion symbols to my Palette. I can't figure out how. What do I need to do?

At the top of the Palettes panel, click the Add palette button. Under More palettes, you should have an entry for Accordion. Click the plus sign (+) to the right of this title to add it to the displayed list of palettes. For details, see https://handbook.musescore.org/customization/palettes.
