Hide Key Signature Naturals
When changing keys, at times naturals are included in the new key signature. Would it be possible to add a "Key Signature Property" to hide the naturals?

What version are you using?
You might be able to either: right-click the key signature, or 'Style'>'General…'>'Accidentals'.

In 1.3, there should be no problem hiding the naturals as chen lung has stated.
In 2.0 Beta 1 and subsequent Nightlies, it's a known - and, as yet unresolved, issue:

I believe this issue was solved in 2.0 Beta. Style>General>Accidentals. Check "Only for Change to C maj / A min".

No, that's not the case. An issue was created in 2.0 where no issue had previously existed in 1.3 in the context of key signature changes at the end of a system, which I should have clarified in my earlier comment.
