How to create a tie into a repeats

I want create a tie for C4 as a picture. Thanks.

You can create the appearance of a tie but it will not play back as such:

At the end of a bar, create a slur from the last note to the next note (here, from C to A) and manually adjust the right end of the slur.

At the beginning of a bar, place a grace note and tie it to the main note then make the grace note invisible. You may need to adjust the left end of the tie or move the grace note to the left.
