You can't convert directly. You can open the 2.0 score in 2.0.0 and save as a MusicXML file and then import that into 1.3 but you'll need to do some tidying up.

Saving as MusicXML from 2.0 is done by going to File / Export. Then form 1.3 just open the resulting file normally. You;ll have to see for yourself what gets lost in the translation and needs fixing. MusicXML is the best portable exchange format there is, but it's not perfect, and no program supports its perfectly, so there is generally some lsos of informnation - formatting especially.
