Selecting All Similar Notes
I have written a piece in D minor and have used a MIDI keyboard to enter the notes. I have finished the piece and have realised that all of the C sharps have come out as D flats on the score. It is musically incorrect in the key of D minor to have c sharps written as D flats so I need to change the notation of every D flat in the score to a C sharp, but I don't know how to select all of the same notes at once. If somebody could tell me, I'd be very grateful.

As per http://musescore.org/en/handbook/accidental:
The menu function Notes → Pitch spell tries to guess the right accidentals for the whole score.
Have you tried that?
You can also "select all", raise the pitch and then lower the pitch. Be aware that this may make changes to accidentals that you do not want.
