Note Groups cut off in Time Signature section of Master Palette

1. Open score.
2. 'View'>'Master Palette…'.
3. 'Time Signature'.
4. Enter 16/4 as value.

Result: The Note Group exceeds window and there is no scrollbar.

Workaround: Move the windows and increase visibility by dragging the right side.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build 5020852 - Mac 10.7.5.

I guess it's a conscious choice, otherwise the dialog would have to be drawn arbitrarily big. Most of the time you open this window it isn't for that reason, so it would seem wrong to draw the window that big by default. Still, scrollbars could be nice.

My sense is that there was for a while an actual bug preventing the groups from being fully displayed even if you widened the dialog (?) but that has been fixed. It's still the case that very long groups don't fit in most cases and that scrollbars would be nice. Seems there was a PR to implement them at one point, not sure of the status.
