Problem Writing my Score in 1.3

So I downloaded 2.0 a little while ago and really liked how it was set up and how it performed. I learned that I couldn't upload my score from 2.0 on Musescore.com so I switched back to 1.3. Is there anyway to use or convert the saved 2.0 files to be compatible in 1.3? Thanks!
