Permanant change in default text style
Can I, in MuseScore 2.0 beta 2, change the default styles and fonts of some texts, such as the title, the subtitle, the tempo text but keep them for ever such as preferences. So that every score would have that particular style, I'll choose, set as default.

I do not think. But you can set a score with textual features you want and save it as a template
Actually, you *can* set the default style in 2.0 builds. Set up a score the way you like, go to Style / Save Style, then go to Edit / Preference / Score and specify the file you just saved as the Style and/or Style for parts.
Although realistically, chances are you really do just want a template, unless you literally want those seame settings for every score regardless of instrumentation etc.

No, I really want the "same settings for every score regardless the instrumentation", as you said so thanks!

Can I do something similar with the Dumset edit so that I won't load it every time I create a score inclusing drumset?

No, here starting from a template would be the way to go. Eventually, making it possible to include drum sets with the style probably makes sense.
