Chord symbol Capitals
Hello,
I have a small question about chord symbols. How can I make MuseScore accepting chord symbols written not in capital letters (i.e. "e" instead of "Em"). Sometimes it changes not-capital letters into capital letters, sometimes it doesn´t. I can´t fiond the logic behind it so far.
Does anyone have an idea?!?
Thanks in advance!

If MuseScore manages to match the extension (like maj, maj7, m) to its internal list, it changes the e in E. That's the logic.
For your particular problem, I guess you don't care about transposition, musicXML export etc... So you might use System/staff text instead. Select a note and press Ctrl + T.
May I ask why you want the root of the chord in small letters?

In classical music theory lower-case chords mean minor and upper-case chords mean major. It is not as common today since guitar-style chord writing predominates.

I use ctrl+t now it goes fine but of course it will not transpose.
Are the lower case minor chords an idea for a future release?
Thanls a lot for your awsome work btw, I really like the app so far!
