Tweak for "Show Invisible"

Too many times when i've made something invisible then toggle the Show Invisible option from the view menu, those hidden items are still grabbable. And i often grab them instead of grabbing empty space to move the page view over.

If the Show Invisible is unchecked, then invisible items should be made unselectable. After all, the whole point of making them completely unseen is that you don't want any visual or manual interaction with them.
