Space music staves

MuseScore under several fronts is a versatile program.
Sometimes, however, it seems a little stiff as in the layout. Suppose we have a score where the voices, for one reason or another come to touch notes very serious and very acute outside the musical staff. These in turn could then duplicate notes or lines placed in the previous or next row.
Now my question is: Is there a way to manually move the rows affected and therefore their distance without interfering with the distance of all the lines?
