Ampersand Bug
This issue has reared it's ugly head again. Example: ampersand used in Wizard for Copyright or in Header, Footer numbers causes ampersand and any text afterward not to appear.

Currently it seems you have to escape the ampersand by using HTML entities - meaning I'm not sure how to do this here on the forum. Let's see:

Thanks Marc. That does work.
And coincidentally in https://musescore.org/de/node/57826 too, an & in partname after XML import leading to an mscz that won't load anymore

Ah, that probably explains a problem I had with a few Volta texts.
I wanted the Volta text to read "Verses 1, 2 & 3" and never got the "& 3". Thought it was something I'd done and did my normal trick of finding something that worked. Ended up with "Verses 1, 2, 3" and never reported it as a possible problem.

In staff text too, at least when imported from other formats. Causes the score to not open anymore.
