[2.0] regression: default keyboard shortcuts and AZERTY keyboard
Platform: Debian wheezy with package by tiagovaz.
I was using the Debian official 1.2 package before, which may have some additional patches. With the update to 2.0, I can no longer use some keyboard shortcuts with a french AZERTY keyboards: the Ctrl+Shift+ are detected as Ctrl+ (because numbers require a shift on that layout), so inserting a triplet is not possible, unless I remap the shortcuts.
This used to work in 1.2.
