String ensemble at Musecore 2.0
I have a little problem, I really need violins 1 and 2, violas, cellos and contrabasses but in Musescore 2.0 are only solo instrument, or I can't search. In Musescore 1.3 were string ensembles, but in 2.0 they aren't, so where I can find soundfonts for string ensemble?

You can change the instruments so that they use one of the String Ensemble patches. I believe (but don't quote me) that the one used by MuseScore 1.3 was General Midi level 1 (GM1) patch 49, "String Ensemble 1". This patch has different names in different sound fonts, but In the default MuseScore 2.0 soundfont (FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3) it's called simply "Strings".
To change the patch assignment of your string staves, use the Mixer (F10 brings it up) to change the Sound associated with these staves. For example, in the Mixer your Violin 1 staff will have a default Sound of "Violin", but if you click on this it will bring up a list of available patches and you can scroll down and choose "Strings" instead.
Update your MuseScore. ;-) They're back in version 2.0.1.

Yes, I see :) I've updated it and now everything is alright. Problem solved :)
