Exported audio will not use desired sound fonts

Running on WIN 7 Professional
MuseScore 2.0.1

I am transcribing an opera for voice and piano. I am using 'Yamaha Piano' for piano font and "choir Aahs" for the vocal font.

When I play back within MuseScore, it sounds fine. When I export to MP3 or WAV, the vocal lines play back as piano (and of course the piano lines play back as piano).

If you go to synthesizer > Save in Score, the exported audio will use the same soundfont.

I did not need to do this before I loaded 2.0.1, but maybe I changed something without realizing it.
