notehead changes

Windows xp pro
nightly R3194

Right click any note. Change notehead to slash. Finish
Now right click same note again. Notehead has changed to xcircle. And next time to "do" - and so on.
The bug starts at "slash", the previous noteheads, (normal, cross, diamond, and triangle) remain as chosen.
