MuseScore + Jack + LoopBe + Hauptwerk
Is it possible?
How can I configure MuseScore and Jack to play great/swell/pedals?
I can currently only play one keyboard, e.g. Swell.
"Bonus points" if you can change registers and stuff.

You need to make sure each staff is a separate instrument.
MuseScore will then assign each one to a different channel.
we're only currently part the way there with this, as currently the user has no control over which channel is assigned to which staff.
Hopefully that will be coming soon.
