<BUG> File containing a horizontal frame directly before a bar with a line break cannot be opened

Musescore version 0.9.6 stable, linux mint 9 (ubuntu lucid lynx).

1. Create a new score
2. Insert horizontal frame before the first measure
3. Create a line break at the end of the first measure
4. Save
5. Close Musescore
6. Attempt to reopen file (file will not open and Musescore will crash

I have attached a file I have made of this in case any trouble reproducing.

This is really the same as Musescore crashed and I can no longer open file I previously posted but my description of what exactly was happening was a bit muddled and never really showed anyone what the problem was so I thought I would repost here for clarity's sake.
