It would be great if composer would have a choice to place multimeasure rest numbers above or under the staff. Normally they are place above the staff, but sometimes you have to avoid collision with other signs/texts and place these number under the staff. Look at this example:

My initial take was that we should consider making the mmrest numebrs respond to a text style. It seems others have requested different sizes / fonts too. Right now we use the same syms used for time signatures (which is normal/correct) rather than ordinary font characters, and the text code isn't used at all. I guess we'd have to change that. Or, we could just add a general style option for vertical position, maybe also one for size.
