Whenever I try to upload my arrangement, it fails and this message appears.

And any insight you can share into how this might have happened would be useful to us. That is, was this score create from scratch in the current version or was it started in an earlier version? Any experimental prerelease versions involved? Anything imoport from MIDI or MusicXML or other formats involved? Anmything unusual you remember doing creating those measures?
I would like to see a command, it can be obscurely hidden, that runs these checks without need to close and reopen the file. The point, of course, would be "to see if you really fixed it" after attempts to do so.

Sound like a very valid request to me, esp. as the 'reload' from 1.x is gone

File / Save Online does this check If you make it to the dialog box asking for score information, it worked.

At least in 2.0.0, this does not seem to be so. I had a corrupted score, I asked for Save/Online, and it gave me the info dialog box without complaint. Close the score and reopen, "File is corrupted....". Was this added in 2.0.1?

Yes

Yes, it has been added in 2.0.1. Previously you had to wait for MuseScore.com backend server to process the file and fail before you get any information about your corrupted score.
