When I open some music xml-files all page will
show the word "Instrument" above ackords. How do I get rid av this text?

Well, if you want to do it for example 50 times, yes.
But I want to fix it at once, if it´s possible.

Right-click -> Select -> All similar elements -> Del

Note these texts might be there if the original MusicXML file specified a change of sound at that spot. I don't know if that is actually the case with your example, but note that deleting the texts would break that. If you want to keep the change of sound but not see the word "instrument", you could just press "V" to mark them invisible. Or, better yet, change the text to what it is actually supposed to be - eg, if changing from flute to piccolo, you would change the text to say so.
