Ties, slurs and voltas
Ok, I know that this topic has been discussed alot over the years, with differing workarounds and opinions.
What I have picked up on though, is the desire to implement a solution.
That is to say, to be able to put a tie or a slur on a note or a chord which is at the edge of a volta.
Are there any concrete plans for doing this ?

Not that I am aware of, although I would agree it would make sense to consider soon - perhaps for 2.1.
Someone suggested once to add grace notes. Then make then make them invisible.

Yes, I had seen this already, but understood this to be more of a workaround as opposed to the "correct" way to do things.
In addition, my interest is in it being correctly exported to MusicXML.
I have opened a question equally on the MusicXML forum to see if there is a correct way to describe this kind of thing in MusicXML.
