V0961 freeze beim Start, V096 nun ebenfalls
WIN XP

For a list of command line options see
http://musescore.org/developers-handbook/command-line-options
If you would like to see more diagnostic information you can try an special "debug build":
http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/how-use-debug-version-muses…
- 0.9.6 with "-d -F": works
- 0.9.6 with "-F": doesn't work
- debug version (0.9.7): works
- 0.9.6.2 with "-d -F": doesn't work
- 0.9.6 with "-d -F": doesn't work
Every "doesn't work" needs a reboot...
I'll install the 0.9.6 in my Linux VM before going mad... :-/
What does the debug output display? Did you try disabling the internal synthesizer ("-s") to see if it starts without that?
- 0.9.6 with "-d" on command line: no output
- debug version: lot of output, but works
- 0.9.6 with "-s": works!!!
My sound card is a ESI Juli@...
That means I can't controll what I enter by listening... but at least I'm able to go on setting my scores. Thanks.
Are you using other sound-based software such as JACK instead of PulseAudio, etc.?
What are your settings in Edit > Preferences > I/O tab?
I'm running XP, no other sound-based software. I'm using standard settings in I/O tab.
Still not able to reproduce. Moving back to "needs info"
In the trunk, is it still a problem?
As there has been no further information, I close this.
If you continue to encounter problems, please post an issue :).
