Swing playback

Is creating a "Swing" text object the only means of turning on or off swing interpretation in playback? There's no direct way of turning it on or off?

Can I imbue some other sort of text object with that capability instead, such as a tempo marking? Or do I need a separate "Swing" marking and tempo marking every time?

(I'm aware that I can make a text object invisible, but that seems an inelegant way to control playback.)

In general, the idea is., anything that MuseScore needs to be told to do, a human musician would need to be told as well. So that's why most things require an explicit score element. however, we all know jazz musicians will assume swing unless told otherwise. And tempo texts are designed for tempo specifically; swing can be turned on and off throughout the score independent of tempo and hence needs to be a separate element type.

Anyhow, while adding an invisible Swing element is still what I'd recommend, you can also set it globally via Edit / Style / General.
