A plus-sign dotted line in the line palette
I'd love to see another line in the line palette- a dotted line with the stopped note symbol (referred to in the code as "plusstop") on both ends. There's no actual unicode or symbol support, so it can't currently be typed in as text manually (at least, from what I've tried). As for examples, Rachmaninov's Symphony No. 2 makes quite a bit of use; I wasn't able to do a screen capture since every single use involved going off of one page and onto another. Trust me though, it's there, specifically over the horn parts.

1) Add a line -> With Inspector (F8), change the "Line style"
2) Click-right on the line -> Line properties -> In "Begin / Text ", add simply a "+" sign via the keyboard, ditto in " End / text".
At the same location, you can change, after hitting the button "...", the style (eg bold) and the size "13 instead 12 eg"
So, with this result:

Ah, perfect. I... overthought this horribly. Was looking through the symbols to see if there was a + symbol instead of just using an actual +.
