put in/attach empty, but numbered pages
1) For example I have a 12-page-score with 5 pieces and for a better layout I want to put in an empty, but numbered page. What should I do? It would be double grateful if I could put text on this page.
2) For example I have a 14-page-score and I want to attach two empty, but numbered pages, to bring it to 16 pages (a multiple of 4) for making a booklet. Same it would be double grateful if it was possible to put text on this page.

You can create empty pages or pages with text only by inserting page breaks and vertical frames. Details would depend on exactly how you want it, but in general, I would add the frames first, then add page breaks to the measure before the frame as well as to the frame itself.
