Line thickness
There is a setting for "Line thickness" in the Inspector for most lines. In most cases, if not all, it seems to be either grayed out or ineffective (i.e., changing the value leaves the line the same thickness). How is it supposed to work?

The greyed out state indicates that the value actually comes from a style setting and thus would changew if you changed the style setting. But it should always work fine to override it manually for any given line in the Inspector, and then that line is "locked". If you are seeing a particular case where it doesn't seem to work, that might be a bug - but we'd need a sample score and precise steps to know for sure.

Ah, a misunderstanding—I didn't realize that it was possible to change the value even though it was grayed out. As to those for which it wasn't working, those were lines of the "wavy" type. Is that a bug?

I think I'd call it more a "not yet implemented feature".
