Trills w/ Flats
Hello People!
It's me again. Since Musescore 2.0.2 came out, I use trills much more often. Now, I happen to stumble on a trill with flats in it (Like those trill signs with a flat sign written over it). I'm wondering how to incorporate that into Musescore. Any help anyone?
Thanks again and again,

Place the trill as usual
Click on the note
[Ctrl] t
F2 and double-click on a flat symbol
Close the symbols box
Click on the symbol and move it into position with mouse or Inspector

can you define ctrl - F2?
And also can it actually make it play the flat?

No, and No.
No #1 - not [Ctrl] F2:
[Ctrl] t to enter Stave Text
F2 to bring up a dialog box with symbols in it
Choose the symbol for a flat
Click on the X to close the box
No#2
It does not play back any differently to a "normal" trill when you do this.

Yeah, you're right. But despite that the playback is the same, at least when you actually play it, or a real band/orchestra/what-have-you plays it, they'll know.
How do you indicate a trill on, say, E flat to E natural using MS (i.e. a semitone trill)?

Exactly the same as described above - using staff text and the F2 special characters palette. Just use a natural sign. Although musically, it might actually be more appropriate to use the flat sign - indicating Fb - than a natural sign, which might be misinterpreted as meaning F natural. That's kind of up to you to decide based on the context.
Is it possible to create something that resembles the attachment I will add to this, its a trill but it indicates what note to trill to (in this case D trilling to Eb I know playback isn't possible but I just want to know if it can be made, on musescore.

Thanks! Thats I wanted, how do you do that?

Im still not so good at doing stuff like this on MuseScore

See the Handbook under "Voices" to see how he did this. Basically, he added a note in voice 2, then made it small and stemless using the Inspector.

I see how he added the second voice, I just cant figure out how to do the trill in between voices, when I do it, it just trill the note I place it on (Voice 1 or Voice 2)

You meant the playback? Trills are always on a single note only; they are not "between" notes. So the trill is on the A; the Bb is there fore notation purposes only. It does playback but not as part of the trill.
If for some reason correct playback is important to you, you could enter the entire trill manually (eg, as sixteenth notes) and hide the extra notes.
