Nwc2Xml - Current Version?
Some time ago Nicolas was working on an app to convert NoteWorthy Composer files to MusicXML so they be could be imported into XML. Where is the current version of this app located?
Background: Today I created an NWC file for a Romanian tune (attached) & discovered to my chagrin that NWC could not correctly print the title: It dropped the cedilla in Bucureşti. I'd like to see if the NWC-MuseScore conversion correctly process handles the ş.
I have NWC version 2.51a.

I try to use the mentioned app, but I do receive an error message:
Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.
Where can I use the convertion tool again?

That site seems that have gone, along with the abc2xml one, see #304539: ABC import fails

The NWC file doesn't have the ş. So NWCTxt doesn't have it and MusicXML either. So it doesn't appear in MuseScore.
However there is no problem entering and printing ş in a title in MuseScore
