Enharmonic change to score
Because of various modulations, I have would up in the key of C flat Maj. As a result I am now littered with double flats. I would much prefer to have the score at this last modulation in B Maj (sharps not flats). I have tried every one of the transposition options MuseScore has. The key changes I have tried simply move everything but keep the key in flats with countless double flats. So how do I change from C flat Maj. to B Maj and have the score spelled with sharps and eliminate the flats and double flats and automatically change the flats to sharps?

I'm not sure what you tried, but the most straightforward thing is to select all, Notes / Transpose, select B major as the key, and hit OK. I just tried it and it works fine for me. If it doesn't on your score, we'd need you to attach the score you are having problems with so we can understand better.

I have tried simply transposing to B Major but this does not eliminate all the flats and double flats remaining. It simply moves the score the correct interval but no changes to the notes themselves. I have posted it as a private score. Please go to bar 249 and after and see what you can find. Thanks for your help. https://musescore.com/user/2330496/scores/1098901

You tried transposing foloowing the exact series of steps I listed? I guess since the problem starts at 249, you'd have to make your selecttion include just the relevant measures, but the same steps should work otherwise.
I can't access the score via that link. Please attach the score here via the "File attachments" link. Feel free to make a copy with portions deleted if you have concerns about sharing.
Anyhow, if you followed those steps precisely other than making the correct selection, it should change the pitches, and again, does for me. But others things you could do are include selecting the region and hitting down followed by up, which would replace everything with sharps. Or Shift+F2 followed by F2, which does the essentially same but also changes the key signature.

I was able to make the change that I needed by doing the down command followed by the up. Thanks so much. Saved me a lot of manual labor and a transposition nightmare.
