The problem is that you've crossed staves on the 2nd and 4th beats where the notes are not actually beamed together. If you really want everything in the lower stave, then there's no need to use cross-staff beaming here at all. Just cut and paste all the notes originally entered in the upper stave to the bass clef stave and then accidentals and notes will not overlap.
On the other hand, if you mean to use cross-staff beaming to indicate which notes to play in the left hand and which in the right hand, then how about doing it this way (with bass clef in both staves - lower stave is L.H. and upper stave is R.H.) instead (see attached)?
P.S. For future reference; please attach your original .mscz file another time - it's much easier and quicker to track down the source of any problems that way. Thanks.
