I did not find anything in the handbook for it, so I'm wondering if I can number the measures individually?
Also how do I add the Coda sign, with the large O with a cross through it?
How do I add "a tempo" and ritardandos to my score?

For Coda sign see repeat in the handbook.
For "a tempo" select a tempo text at and change the text afterward as explained in the handbook see tempo .
