question
to whom it may concern,
i have your program version number 10.5.1 and what i am trying to do, is to transpose and i notice right after i scan and go to the next part of the process ,the program remove the treble clef and the time signiture,and it changed the notes? any clue as to how i can fix these...

?? Which program? The current version of MuseScore is 2.0.2. Maybe you are referring to one of the mobile apps (for Android or iOS)? But it isn't clear what "next part of the process" you might be referring to.
Please say what program you are referring to and what operating system you are on (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, or iOS), post the specific score you are having problems with (using the "File attachments" link right below where you type your response) and give precise step by step instructions to reproduce the problem you are seeing.

Ah, then you are on the wrong web site - smartscore is not the same as musescore :-)

i am using windows xp and my version is 10.5.1 when i scan in my music sheet it doesn't take the time signiture and it changes the notes??? i am confused...

Apparently so... This site here is about MuseScore, your problem is with SmartScore, something entirely different.
