Tie remains when 2nd note is deleted

I think that if a 2nd note of a tie is removed, the tie should also be removed. It's a 2 step process at this time, so, a 50% savings:-)

If the note is replaced, I think the tie also should disappear if it is a different note, but stay if it is the same note with a different duration.

Agreed.

The topic should be "Tie marks should disappear if note before or after is deleted or changed"?

It does sometimes disappear depending on the situation in the bar, but what we want is for it to always disappear.
