Adjacent pane for Play Panel ?
In v. 2, how can I reduce the size of the score pane and/or add an adjacent space so that I can view the Play Panel and/or Mixer without covering up part of the score?
In v. 1, I did this by keeping the MuseScore Connect pane open and having the Play Panel and/or Mixer open over that pane.

Can you not just reduce the size of the main window? Or are you asking something different?
Also, you can use the Inspector pane the same way you used the MuseScore Connect.

I had tried, before asking, using the Inspector pane, but it also covers the score. Is there a setting to change that?
But I had not realized that I could reduce the size of the main window and have the other panes outside its bounds, so thank you!

I have learned since my last comment that I can dock the Inspector, thereby reducing the size of the score pane. Apparently the Inspector defaults to undocked, which is why it was covering up the score. Now Marc's comment makes sense to me.

No, actually, the Inspector defaults to docked just as the Palette does, but it is possibly you accidentally undocked it.

Yes, it is possible that I undocked the Inspector without realizing it. I started using version 2 when it came out in the spring, then not again for several months, and I don't remember what I might have done back then.
