change a transposed score to a non-transposed score

I downloaded a tune off Musescore for band, and all the parts are the same key (transposed to the key of Bb). If I try to change the key signature, they all switch to the same thing. How do I change the score so that each instrument has its appropriate key signature (flutes - 2 flats, clarinets - 0, etc.)?
