Bass Station 2 as midi input device

Hi,

I have been using Musescore quite happily with my Roland A49 for input. I wanted to use something a little more compact so I tried my bass station 2, connected to my laptop the same way as the Roland.

Unfortunately I can't seem to get it to work. I press N and then press some keys on the BS2 and it doesn't do anything.

When I check I/O in my preferences it doesn't seem to see the keyboard.

Is there anything i can do to help this?
