Moving a score with 50% or lower view causes jumping

Try moving a score using the navigator with your mouse.

Using 0.9.6.3 and Mac 10.4.11.

Just looking at the function, can we perhaps change 'magnification' to 'view'? View is a term that covers all aspects of looking at a score, whereas magnification refers to when you have to zoom-in (you maybe looking at the score in full view).
