Flag collides with ledger lines for single notes

Another 'two related errors' topic :)

The first one is about the flag colliding with ledger lines for single notes.

If it's a chord, I don't think there's a problem, although the second issue is you have to be careful the beam doesn't collide with it too.

Using Mac 10.4.11 and 0.9.6.3.
