Because there is an error in this file that I can't upload mscz.....

If the score is corrupt, you might not be able to upload it to musescore.com, but you can still attach it here. The message that appears who you open the score should tell you where the corruption is, then is just a matter of fixing it. See https://musescore.org/en/node/54721. If you need further help, feel free to ask.
