I have a MiDi file and it has different instruments than piano, but I want to convert it to all piano notes to play it. Is this possible?

Sure, MuseScore has powerful copy-paste facilities, support for multiple voice, etc. So if you have the musical expertise to be able to arrange the music for the piano, MuseScore has the tools. It does not have the artificial intelligence necessary to simply do the job for you, however.
