If you enter them correctly they are played

Thanks for the info. I was double clicking on the line in the palettes pull down menu.

Those are slurs. Ties are entered as described in the Handbook under Ties - using the toolbar button or keybaord shortcut "+".

Yes... I didn’t read the handbook close enough... I’m in the process of making the changes... again, thanks for the help.
Ties are honored for playback assuming you actually enter them as ties and not slurs.
Slurs currently do not play back.
