Tieing an Arpeggio
I would like the notes in my final arpeggio to be held for longer than a full note. The problem is that instead of holding the notes from the arpeggio the notes are re-played. I have attached an example.

Are you sure? I think you might be being fooled by all the notes being played. Try deleting the chord before the last, or slowing the tempo. The last chord is only played once, at least using the current (2.0.2) version. However, slowing it down does show that it is not in fact arpeggiated.
