Brackets next the chord
I need to do something like that, but I can't find it in palettes. Is it possible to add brackets like this in MuseScore?

It's in Arpeggios and Glissandi - you will need to enable Advanced Palette or Custom Palettes to see this group.

The Arpeggio is placed the left side, but I need it at the right of the chord.

Use simply staff text for adding a square bracket from keyboard may be the trick? Like this:
