If you mean, how to make something invisible, simply click it and press "V" or untick the "Visible" checkbox in the Inspector.
If you mean, you wish to suppress a courteasy time signature that appears at the end of a system before a time signature change, right the time signature at the start of the next system and choose "Hide Courtesy Time Signature" - or, again, click it and use the Insepctor to untick the appropriate checkbox.
If your reason for wanting to hide the time signature is that this is a new movement or song within a larger score, look into the new Section Break from the Breaks & Spacers palette, which suppress courtesy signatures automatically, also resets measure numbering, adds a (configurable) pause in playback, etc.
If you just never want to ever see courtesy signatures in a particular score, turn off the option globally in Style / Genera / Page.
